Track Layouts

Roof lines, back room, and head room spaces are not always perfect for traditional sectional overhead door installations, especially in retro-fit applications. We can help with this by providing customized track and counter balance layouts. We have a variety of vertical and high-lift track options that will maximize the utility of your building space.

Powder Coat

Custom colors and durable paint finishes are a staple of our business. With our own in-house powder-coat process- we offer up 188 standard powder coat colors and can match most custom color requests beyond that. Powder-coat paint finishes have long been considered the best answer for tough use and environments, and our process is environmentally friendly. The paint is applied as a dry powder and any over-spray is collected and reused with no air emissions.

Swing Up Mullion

A perfect answer for openings that are too large for a single overhead door that must accommodate large machinery or equipment on an infrequent basis. Operating on a single pivot point that is designed to swing left or right, it allows the use of one (1) smaller door for everyday requirements and the full opening when needed.

Pass Doors

Whether it’s for convenience or necessity, there are circumstances where a pass-through door is requested to provide ingress and egress in an overhead door enclosed opening without having to open the overhead door. We can accommodate this need with a state-of-the-art design pass-door option. Available in our urethane core models 3216 and 3212, it’s the ideal choice to solve this need.
